Problem posting an order, no order post, error given: Varien_Object::addData() must be an array, null given

Hi to all,

i\\\’ve got this weird error when i when i try to post a order from frontend or backend of magento 1.4.1, code returns this error:

Errore durante il salvataggio dell\\\’Ordine: Recoverable Error: Argument 1 passed to Varien_Object::addData() must be an array, null given, called in /var/www/vhosts/h2orogioielli.it/httpdocs/app/code/core/Mage/Adminhtml/Model/Sales/Order/Create.php on line 1053 and defined in /var/www/vhosts/h2orogioielli.it/httpdocs/lib/Varien/Object.php on line 178

cant find any documentation or help about it.
